The courthouse in Chambersburg should be your first stop. It is in the
center of town, on the square, and I think meter parking is the only parking
available. Then you should go to the Kittochinny Historical Society on King
Street. They have alot of information there. The address is 175 King
Street (I'm not totally sure of the number.)
