Nettie 160 lbs. and to her dau. Catherine McCutcheon 50 lbs. My lands in
Westmoreland on the waters of Pokketty and adjoining my sons James and Samuel,
to my son Robert. Son Samuel 80 lbs. grandch., sons of my son William, decd.
viz: Samuel and William each the sum of 10 lbs., and to their sister Nelly 20
