Am researching Frederick Nicodemus who purchased 258+ acres in Franklin Co from Alexander Mack. The only date I have associated with this transaction is that this property was patented to Mack on 10 Sep 1789. My guess from other records in my possession is that Mr. Mack sold this tract to Nicodemus sometime between 1800 and 1810. Am interested to learn the date of this transaction and the filing data, i.e. Book/Page where this record is filed.

There is on file in Franklin Co [Bk 7, pp398/9] showing on 14 Jun 1804 Nicodemus purchased from Mack 46 acres also patented on the same date as the above 258 acres. This latter deed wasn't filed until Jan 1807 so it is possible the above deed in question was filed near this same time.

Any help or suggestions will be most appreciated
