I find Dormejer, which is probably an alternate spelling, on #172, PA Vital
Records
Marriages and Burials between years of 1790-1810 by Rev. Johannes......
9 Jan. 1794 Johannes Dormejer and Catharina Knarr (with an omlout :-)
which is the two dots over the vowel.)

None of the other spellings showed up. Sorry.
