Joyce,

I have more on this line. Davidson's first wife was Elinor Clarke and
they had four children; John, Robert, Ann and Elinor. John was the
well known Kentucky historian. After Elinor's death he married Agnes
Boggs and had Moses, Jane, Elizabeth and Rebecca.

Robert was born in 1755 in Chester Co., married and had four children;
Davidson, James, Samuel L. and Jane. He then moved to Franklin Co.
where he married again and had nine more children; Robert, John W.,
Sarah, Elizabeth, Martha, Hannah, Joseph, William and Isaac. When his
second wife died he moved to Kanawah, W.V. and married Sarah Hudson.
No children to this marriage. Whew!

I am descended through James Filson. He was married to Mary Buchanan.
They lived and died in Path Valley, Franklin Co. Pa. Their children
were; Hannah, Jane, Margaret, Davidson, Samuel, Martha, Maria, and
Eliza.
