Is the passenger listed on the Ellis Island records? I use the actual
manifests a lot and have been getting quite use to figuring out the
handwriting.

Fellow Listers:
Has anyone ever heard of "Broomville" anywhere in PA. A 1903 NY passenger
list from Britain states the passenger (and her children) had a ticket to
Scranton with her final destination being her mother and brother in
"Broomville, Pa.". Can't find it on a map and a Google search offers lots of
hits for Ireland. Would appreciate any help. Thanks. Sheila K.
