The first and final account of Annie Fritz and Boyd Clawson, Trustees in
partition of estate of Conrad Fritz, late of Blacklick township,deceased.

The Indiana Progress,Wednesday, April 19, 1905

Conrad Fritz, of Blacklick township,died on Wednesday,aged 66 years. He is
survived by his wife and four children as well as his mother, who is in her
89th year. Interment was made at Ebenezer.

The Indiana Progress, January 3, 1906

To the heirs of the said Martha Fritz and all others interested, including
Sarah A. Lefever, and P.P. LaFever, Livermore, Westmoreland County, Pa,Emily
Palmer, Beloit, Ohio;Zoe Flemming and Harvey Flemming, of Blacklick
township, Pa; Joseph Bergman, of Blacklick Township, Indiana county, PA;Ella
Myers and -----Myers, her husband, and Angie Klingensmith
and -------Klingensmith, her husband, all of Blairsville, Pa; Georgiana Boje
and Henry Boje, of Galesburg, Kansas;
This goes onto say that they are partitioning 11 acres except for the
mineral rights which Martha Fritz signed over to Harry McCreary.
