I never had a more unpleasant phone experience than I had trying to
unsubscribe from Ancestry.com. First, they insisted that I give them a
reason why I was unsubscribing, then they argued with me about it and they
kept me on the phone for what seemed like an eternity. They acted very
insulted by the fact I would dare do such a thing.

My first thought, should I ever consider subscribing again would be the
worry about what I would have to go through to unsubscribe, should I need
to.
