"MAKING OF AMERICA"

This site is maintain by the University of Michigan.

http://www.umdl.umich.edu/moa/

It is a searchable library of period books and
journals (circulars). There are multiple methods
for searching available. You can literally spend
a whole day if you do not budget your time.
This can give you access to information not
always crucial to being included in modern
histories. These are not transcriptions. The
actual pages have been photographed.
