Chauncey I. Fox, 82, Morgantown, WV, a native of Greene County, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 1981 at Morgantown.
He was born July 8, 1898, near Kirby, a son of William and Stella Headlee Fox. Most of his life was spent in the Morgantown area where he was an auto mechanic. He was also an ordained minister.
His wife Nora Faye Fox died in September, 1979.
Surviving are one daughter, Irene, at home, and a sister, Mrs. Daws “Mildred” Kiger of Waynesburg RD 3. A brother Ray is deceased.
Services were held in Morgantown on Monday, Jan. 19, 1981, with burial in East Oak Grove Cemetery in Morgantown.
