Paige D. Lucas, 78, of 238 National Road, Tridelphia, died Thursday in Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling. He was a retired employee of the Valley Camp Coal Co., and a Protestant. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Pauline Petry Lucas, in 1976; two brothers; a sister. Surviving are three sons, William R. Sr. And James H., both of Triadelphia, and David S. Of Elm Grove; three daughters, Mrs. Neal “Betty” Griner of Boulder Creek, California, and Mrs. Samuel “Ruth” McRoberts of Ashville, Ohio; two sisters, Virginia Moffitt of Elm Grove, and Pauline Rothmann of St. Albans, W.Va.; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. Friends received at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Elm Grove, Wheeling, 7-9 today, and noon 3 and 7-9 PM Sunday. Arrangements are incomplete.
