Recently, county coordinators were alerted to a site known as
Family Discovery.com (http://www.familydiscovery.com). If you
are considering a subscription to this site, you should be
aware that the information obtained from the site may be
obtained free of charge. The site is no more than links to
other genealogical sites. There are many links to PA GenWeb
sites. These sites are free. You are not required to pay to
view the info contained on them.

If you want to view what records are available for PA, go to
http://www.familydiscovery.com/Records/states/pennsylvania.htm

Apparently there is no password dialog script written and you
may view the data free of charge. You should be able to
determine from this that the data is not the property of
Family Discovery.com but that of people who are sincere in
attempting to provide information free of charge.
