My understanding is that Germany Valley runs northeast from Shirleysburg
running along the Black Log mountain. If we can find some source of
information I would like to know if there was a Lutheran Church there in the
latter part of the 1800s and whether its records are available. I once
explored the cemetery of the Brethren Church there and have a booklet of its
history. I am looking for the Grove family and will appreciate any
information available.
