Tom,

I may have some Grays among my ancestors. I have yet to confirm the info,
however, I believe that my gggrandmother Ruth Cochran Miller was the
grandaughter of William and Ruth Gray Cochran via their youngest son William
and Elizabeth Cunningham Cochran. Ruth was married to James Miller. They are
both buried in Indiana, Indiana Co, Pa.

Barb,

I was a little confused with your E-mail that you addressed to Tom. I believe
that you were replying to my E-mail that I posted. I didn't save my posting
from 4/23, so I might be mistaken. Anyway, here's my Gray information:

My g-granparents were John T. (1840-1917) and Margaret Gray (1854-1927). They
had three children: Alfred D. GRAY (1874-1944), Rebecca GRAY (1884-????),
and Harry GRAY(1893-????). The family lived in Blairsville. John, Margaret,
and Alfred are buried in Blairsville Cemetery. John was a Civil War veteran,
but served for a Illinois regiment.

Alfred Gray was my grandfather and was married to Cora Alice Wensel from
Clarion, PA. My grandmother was also laid to rest in Blairsville Cemetery
next to my grandfather. I am not sure of Rebeccas married name or her final
location. Harry lived in Glen Rock, PA, York County in the 1940s, but thats
all I have on him.

Sorry that I can't connect with the GRAY on your posting.

Regards,
Dave Gray
