Hi

I just was in Juniata Co. about a month ago. There's a motel just at the turn
off from the highway to go to Mifflintown. An Econo-Lodge. I found it VERY
clean and very nice. A room with two double beds - for one senior, one adult,
one child - cost me $57 - It would have cost $54 if I had taken a second floor
room. There is a restaurant right next door. Not a world-shaker but it's
good.

The Lost Creek Cemetery in Mexico. It's not hard to find. But the stones are
pretty badily weathered there. I'd suggest taking material to do rubbings
(cloth/paper, masking tape, shoemaker's ball wax...NOT talcum powder, flour or
anything that will damage the stone.)

Years ago, I got a map from the Juniata Co. Library in Mifflintwon that showed
the location of the various cemeteries. You might also think about the ones
in Perry County. It's just "over the mountain"
