The undersigned, an auditor appointed by the court of common please of
Wyoming
county, to appropriate the proceeds of sale by the Sheriff, of the real
estate of
John R. Coudry, hereby gives notice, that he will attend the duties of
his said appointment
at his office in the borough of Wilkes-Barre Luzerne County, on the 7th
day of October next 1 o'clock in the afternoon and place all persons
interested in said audit and appropriation, are
notified and requested to present their claims or be debarred from
thereafter coming in upon such proceeds.
