Glenn,

Regarding the following obituary, I took note of the name John BAILEY. I
have a copy of the birth certificate for William Donald INCH and the mother
listed is Lottie DAILEY, written in long hand. Lottie's place of birth is
listed as Honesdale. I am wondering if one or the other name is a misprint
and if John Bailey is Lottie's father or brother. Any additional information
on this family would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am the historian for Brookside Cemetery in Childs. Brookside's records
were all
destroyed, but I have reconstructed many of them. I did not find any direct
matches for you. I did find this:

CARBONDALE LEADER OCT 7 1912

DEATH OF INFANT SON OF
MR. AND MRS. W. INCH

William Donald Inch, the five-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs.
Wallace Inch of Ontario street, died last night at the home
of John Bailey in Honesdale. The remains were brought to
this city today and the funeral will be held Tuesday
afternoon from the residence of Alexander Bryden, No. 98
Washington street. Services will be conducted at 3 o'clock
and interment will be made in Brookside cemetery.
