Hi,

Has anyone out there heard of a publication titled, THE DIOCESAN INDEX,
published in the late 1880's thru 1890's (maybe longer) when the title was
shortened to THE INDEX?

I'm researching a possible relative, James F. JUDGE, who was the editor and
publisher of such an index. I'm assuming it's connected with the Catholic
Church.

James F. JUDGE was also a teacher and later Principal of public school #22.
Would anyone know how to locate teacher and principal employee records?
