Hi everyone!

The PA State Archives has the indexes for the naturalizations that occurred
in the US Middle District Court at Scranton. In this index, I found an
ancestor and I would like to get the actual records, his petition and
naturalization certificate. My question is, does anyone know if the records
are still found in Scranton or are they located in the National Archives?
