Is there a Shady Side Cemetery located on the west side of Jermyn?

Does anyone have a tombstone transcription of this cemetery?

My Great Great Grandparents, John Powell, and Leah Morgan Powell, are buried
there.

I will be looking forward to hearing from anyone with any information.
