Harriet,
On the 1900 census, Jessup is called Winton Borough and is ED 124.
The roll # is T623_1422.

While on the subject of the census, ancestry.com has added an index
for the 1850 Pennsylvania census. I'd be happy to do a search if
anyone wants one.
