Hello Researchers!

Being fairly new to Lackawanna Co. resources, can a seasoned genealogist tell
me if the Grand Army newspaper is archived or microfilmed? It was a
soldier's newspaper (GAR -- Grand Army of the Republic) published at 322
Lackawanna Ave. in Scranton.

Also, has anyone on list already researched GAR records from the posts in
Scranton in the 1870's? I'm interested in finding my great-grandfather 's
name on a mebership list. Would appreciate any direction/advice. Are the
records held in Harrisburg?
