Hi,
Was there a boundary change between 1750-1815 in the Lancaster/Bertie county
area which may account for the fact that I can't find parents for my Jacob
(1770-1852) &/or his bro. Peter (1755-1842) FISHER in Lancaster Co., PA?
Peter in his Revolutionary War Pension application said he was born in
Lancaster Co., PA. If the boundaries changed, perhaps he was born in a
different county?????

Can anyone help me?
