I believe you are looking in the wrong county - at least after 1785.
Hummelstown is right next to Harrisburg as is Oberlin. So they are both in
Dauphin County. I couldn't tell you about the cemeteries, but someone on
the Dauphin Co list sent us a listing that I could check. There is a
large cemetery in Oberlin - some of my people were buried there.
You might check with the Dauphin Co Historical Society in Harrisburg to see
if they have info on the founding of Oberlin - it's just a teeny speck, by
the way - that used to be called Churchville. They may be able to give you
info on Hummelstown as well. They are in the Harrisburg - Middletown -
Hershey area if you are looking on a good map.
