Is anyone researching either of these two families?

The abstracted Deed Books for SHENANDOAH CO. VA show that there was a
Mortgage between Jacob Reiff and Henry Nissley for 627 acres on Funk's Mill
Run in 1764. Then in October 1766, there was a Lease and Release on the
same property between Reiff & Nissley.

Henry Nissley was at the time married to Mary Reiff, daughter of Jacob, but
then later married Elizabeth Gingrich who was first cousin to my Daniel
Gingrich/Kingree who also settled in ShenCo in Aug. 1766.
Henry & Elizabeth Gingrich lived in Rapho Twp where their Elizabeth's Will
was probated in 1794.

Since Daniel & Henry Nissley were both of Lancaster PA and both bought
property during the summer/fall of 1766, would I be correct in thinking
they may have traveled together?

Anybody have any further information on these two families? I have been
trying forever to determine who Daniel and Rosina Gingrich traveled to VA
with in order to see if they were kin to my Rosina. I can't find her maiden
name.
