Today I was at the court house in Lancaster. After completing my main
searches, as a low priority matter I looked for wills of Henry Neave/Neff,
expecting to find two in the second half of the 1700s. The helpful clerk
brought down two enveolpes of original wills, containing THREE different
wills, one of Henry of Lampeter Twp, one of Manor Twp, and one of Hempfield
Twp.

I did not have time to sort it out, but encouraged the clerk to do so. He
seemed most perplexed when I left.

Perhaps someone on the list understands all this confusion, or perhaps
someone on the list will be helped by this info. It's of little import to
me, so I don't plan to pursue it any time soon.
