That is so interesting. I am the 4th great granddaughter of Jacob Mumma born April 9, 1766 in Lancaster, PA. I have his father, George Anthony Mumma, born 1722 in Grosskarlbach, Germany, buried in Hempfield Township, Lancaster, PA.

There is only the one Mumma family that I know of...the one I follow went to Sharpsburg, Washington County, Maryland.
