Hi Marie,
I don't remember the title and details but they used to sell it through
the web page of the Lancaster County Historical Society at
http://lanclio.org
The editors were Deb Smith and Frederick Weiser. If they don't have it
for sale then check their on-line card catalog, they have it as part of
their collection. I'm pretty certain is post 1800 and may run until 1850.
