Lois: In the will book index there is a listing for an ANDREW FOLTZ will
dated 1831
in book Q vol 1 page 26....nothing around 1793 but some before..

nothing in the intestate index to 1850 on an Andrew Foltz. or Fultz or
Voltz.

to obtain a copy of the will of Andrew you would have to write to the
Lancaster County Archives...they are always very helpful.
also nothing in the will book abstracts mentioning the name Andrew
Foltz(etc) from 1785 to 1820.
