Has anyone ever heard of the Welsh Mountains in the Lancaster area? My father-in-law talks of visiting relatives "in the Welsh Mountains up in Lancaster" when he was young. Also, to anyone who has tromped through some of the cemeteries in Lancaster County, do you recall ever having seen the name RISHEL/RISHELL?

Any information will be greatly appreciated. We would like to plan a trip to the area this spring but it would be nice to at least have a point of focus.
