Here's my two cents' worth. I also found Greensburg in Westmoreland co -
perhaps there was an earlier one in the counties in which you are searching.

"Hollow Run" - a "run" is a creek or small river, and in early days settlers
frequently referred to such water features when describing where they lived.
May never have had a post office, but was recognized as a location in those
days.

"Old Lincoln" - Route 30 is called the Old Lincoln Highway and is one of the
earliest East-West migration routes in the country. Perhaps a a settlement
somewhere along its length was named for the highway.

It all depends on where you got the names - what kind of document? In an
informal kind of letter, from a deed or will?
