Weddings

ANNOUNCE MARRIAGE

Rev and Mrs L.F.M. MEYERS, of Columbia, announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Marian M. MEYERS, to James L. MOYER, son of Dr and Mrs I.L. MOYER, also of Columbia, which took place September 12, 1937, at Trinity Lutheran parsonage, Hagerstown, Maryland. The ceremony was performed by the Rev A.S. SIMONS.

Mrs MOYER is a teacher in the Conoy township schools, and Mr MOYER is a representative of the John Hancock Life Insurance company. The couple are residing at the home of the bridegroom's parents.

GEORGE- HOWARD

Miss Mary E. HOWARD, daugher of Mr and Mrs David HOWARD, of North College street, and Victor H. GEORGE, of Manheim, were married on New Years's eve at midnight at the home of Dr Stanley BILLHEIMER, pastor of the Palm United Lutheran church. The couple will reside at Manheim in the near future where the bridegroom is engage in the upholstery business.
