Johann Michael Hoffman, date unknown is my 6th great grandfather. He married Maria Dorothea Ridenoeur and their daughter Elizabeth, b. 1757 married Heinrich Locher. Their daughter Margaretha Locher married Anthony Stimple. Heinrich Hoffman and his daughter Elizabeth are the only Hoffmans I know. My search lead me to them last summer, and I am just now brginning to search for them. I have been concentrating on the Locher and Stimple families... amoung others....If you or anyone recognize them, I would love to hear from you. They were buried in the First Reformed Church (Reformed Burial Grounds)in Lancaster and later moved to the Woodward Hill.
