In 1981 Sally Dufford, Loretta DeSantis and James Glaser recorded the
cemetery for the Mercer County Genealogical Society. It is published in
Mercer County Pennsylvania Cemetery Inscriptions Vol XVI. They called
the cemetery Neshannock Cemetery (Wilmington Township, Lawrence Co., PA)

There are two cemeteries close to New Wilmington that I am aware of one
is Fair Oaks Cemetery, New Wilmington Twp., PA (just out of town also on
208 but for the other UP Church in town) and the one in question
Neshannock Cemetery (for the Neshannock Presbytarian Church).

Hmm, I too am confused. My great-anunt and many of my ancestors went to
the Neshannock Presbyterian Church in New Wilmington which I now believe
is also a United Presyterian. Looking it the New Castle phone book I
found a Neshannock United Presbyterian Church located out at 37
Fairground Rd New Castle (724)658-5626. (This is not close to 208/18.) I
believe it is a totally different church.
When did these people read the cemetery? It maybe useful for some
of my research.

Yes, I do not beleive he did it because of also the Mercer readings.

I believe you are talking about the same cemetery. The 208/18 cemetery
is for the Neshannock UP Church in New Wilmington. Originally the
church was located at the 208/18 cemetery. The current address for this
church is:
West Neshannock Avenue
New Wilmington, PA 16142
(I do not have a phone number.)
However, maybe your ancester was buried at the other church?
