a.. Catherine Katterman's birthdate was Jan 12 1761 or 1771. On her tombstone it says 1781 but this must be a typo and probably 1761 as her age in the 1850 census states age 89, born in PA.
So if anyone can look at their data for a birth of Jan 12 for a Catherine.

b.. Secondly, she may have been a Katterman by marriage as she was married in 1799 in Tulpehocken Township, Berks County, old by those days at either 1761 or 1771 birth. Possible to have been Peter Bordner's wife, though he was still living in 1799 when Catherine married Sam Fetter

The John Humphrey book doesn't show a Jan 12 birth for any female Katterman. I believe I saw a Catherine born 12/1/1771 christened at Altalaha Ev. Lutheran Church at Rehrersburg, but cannot locate for any verification. This could be a reversal of the numbers and months.
