1793 March 19
Abraham Ebersohl of Lebanon Twp sold land to John Gingerich Jr of Derry
Twp.
The land was part of a grant by Penn on the 17th of Jan 1749?, to Peter
Ebersohl, aka Eberholts. Said land was in Lebanon Twp, Lancaster
County, now Dauphin. 378 acres. on the 6 Oct 1752, Peter Ebersohl, aka
Eberhots, and wife Catherine sold it to Abraham Ebersohl, aka Abraham
Eberholts, son of Peter. The land is bounded by lands of: Michael
Baughman, John Ebersohl, Ulrich Burkholder, dec.
There are 3 tracts of land:
1. 183 acres - land called "The Addition" situated in Lebanon Twp, and
bordered by land of John & Abraham Eberholtz; Michael Baughman; Michael
Baughman & Abraham Head?; and Abraham Head?

called "Guygersburgh"? (can't really read it clearly) that had been
sold to a John Myor
3. 25 acres - largest part is along the line of Christian Buckholder's
land.
The three contiguous tracts (183,22, 25 acres) total 230 acres & 139
perches of land. Paid 2300 pounds gold or silver money
