Beth Ann-

I am wondering if that Service # for the man who was in the military is his
Social Security number. If so, you might contact the US Military Locator
Service. From what I understand, they provide people with the last known
address of servicemen, and might also assist people in conducting searches.

There are also commericial companies that will charge you anywhere from $25 to
$300 USD( The last I heard, an American Dollar was worth 1.75 pounds).

I would suggest going the military route first. They do it for free. I can't
seem to find the contact info., but will keep looking. In the mean time, does
anyone else know?

Hope this helps,
AD
