Hello:

I was excited to find the marriage of Jessie M. CASTNER and W. E. McMillan
listed on an LDS film of (1904-1906) Luzerne County marriages.

The film shows their names listed in the index, but the film cut off in
early March 1906, just 20 licenses before my couple's license (about March
or April 1906):
Volume 28 (1904-1906)
License #43272.

I'd like to obtain a copy of the marriage license in order to obtain the
birth dates and places of the bride and groom.

I've seen discussions in the past about marriage licenses stored in a dark
and damp basement at the courthouse. Would like advise on how a copy of
this marriage license might be obtained. Cost? Will the county staff
venture to the dark and dreary basement?
