Would appreciate any information on these gggrandparents or could anyone tell me of a researcher or someone in Lycoming Co. who could check records for me, please?

I am searching for my gggrandparents, John Painton Clark and Emma Linda Smiteman. These are the names I have in their obituaries. John was born May 28, 1842, married Nov 7, 1865 and died Jan 12, 1899. He was born in Lycoming co. PA and married in Muncy, PA. He enlisted in the Co.M, 16th PA Cavalry, in Feb. 1865 and was discharged August 29, 1865. Emma was born April 7, 1830 in PA (county not listed but presume must have been near Muncy since married there), died July 9, 1908. They moved to Michigan, later to Allmakee Co.IA and later to Howard County, IA where they both died. They had one daughter died in infancy and another daughter Ida.
