Surname: LaBelle, Utter, Moore, Bush

My mother was born in Eldred, McKean County in 1942. She was always told
of a flood that forced her family to move to New York with her mothers
family. Her name is Kitty LaBelle. Her Father was Charles LaBelle. I am
making family history books for my sister and mother and would like to
include a bit of info on this. Does anyone know how I could obtain a newspaper
article without the cost of a researcher? Thank you, Robin
