My great grandmother, Sarah Judkins (Sottel/Tuttle also possibilities)
lived in Otto, McKean County between 1850 and 1858 app. She was born in
1848 in Maine. If anyone has access to school records of that time, perhaps
her name would be listed. She had a twin sister Debra. I think they went
by the surname Judkins, since she lived with the Jedediah and Martha Judkins
family or with others of the Judkins clan.
