FYI, there is a beautiful map of McKean County, circa 1870s, hanging in the
Deeds Office at the McKean County Courthouse in Smethport. Is anyone aware
of reproductions of this map or individuals townships extracted from the map
for sale? The staff on duty was not aware of any reproductions. Seems so
it could be a fundraiser for the county or its historical society.

If nothing else, I will return some time with a camera and attempt to
capture images of Eldred and Annin Townships. If anyone has suggestions on
the best way to do this, please email me privately.
