RUSSELL T. CARPENTER, 75, of Brooksville died Thursday at HCA Oak Hill Hospital. A native of Bradford, Pa., he moved to this area nine years ago from Patchogue, N.Y. He was a former Hernando Beach resident. He was a retired welder, owner and operator of a boat sales store and a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy. He was Presbyterian. He is survived by his wife, Marie; two sons, Randy and Rick, both of Spring Hill; two brothers, Robert of Ocala and Tracy of Oceanside, N.Y.; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Turner Funeral Homes, Spring Hill.
