I believe it was named The Home of the Friendless. My mother and aunt were there for several months in 1916. Would like to get their records, but haven't found out where such records might be, since the Home is no longer.

I heard through out the years that many children given up for adoption in North Western Pa were taken to Erie, Pa. adoption home. Where in Erie I don't know.
