I called the State Dept of New York State, Division of Corprations in Alban
(518-473-2492) today. They are sending me the forms, outline of instructions,
etc. to incorporate. When they come in, I will pass them on to Don.
When I asked whether a lawyer was necessary, they replied: "That's up to you.
A lot of people do it on their own".
