Dorothea Setzer born 12/22/1766, married Elias Hummel J. on 12/21/1788
in the 1st Reform Chuch, Easton, son of Elias Hummel Sr. of Nazarath
twp.
children;John, George,Eliz., Sarah. Mary, and Dorothea born 6/13/1809.

Hummel, Frederick, a native of Germany, born April14, 1722 came to
America about 1738, he bought a parcel of land (1762) he called in
Fredricktown (now Hummelstown), he died June, 1775, aged 53.

Hummel (Col.) Frederick (3rd), born 24 Dec 1782 in Derry twp. Dauphin
Co., he was the oldest son of David Hummel (1761-1793) and Mary Toot
(1764-1858 ) he served in the Rev. a Col. of the miliia. He died at
Hummelstown, Oct. 31, 1847. He was married to Barbara Metzgar of Derry,
d/o Jacob Metzgar, she was born Sept. 1, 1779, died Nov. 22, 1862.

Hummel, Valantine Jr. son of Frederick , (grandson of the founder) and
Susan Hamaker, was born March 12, 1812 in Dauphin Co. At age 13 he was
sent to Harrisburgh, in care of his uncle Judge Hummel to study English,
he married Jane Nelson. He died at Harrisburg, Thursday morning, Aug.
26, 1880, their children, William V., J. Frederick and daughters married
respectively, Dr, Charles B. Fager, L.H.Kinneard, Stugeon Child and R.W.
Bailey

Hummel. Valantine, son of Frederick (2nd) and Regina Ricker, was born
Feb. 7, 1787, at Hummelstown, Dauphin CO. He married Elizabeth Walborn,
he died at Harrisbugh, 4 Sept. 1870, age 84, his wife died 25 Oct 1867
aged 70.

Ayres, William, son of John Ayres and Jane Lytle, was born Dec 14, 1788,
he bore the name of his grandfather who had settled in Dauphin Co.,
Oct, 1777, he married Mary Eliz, d/o the Hon. Jacob Bucher. William
Ayres died May 26, 1856.

Bucher, John Jacob, born 1/1/1764 was the oldest child of Rev.John
Conrad Bucher, in March, 1792 he married Susannah Horter. Jacob Bucher
had two sons, Judge John Conrad Bucher of Harrisburg and Hon. George
Bucher , lived at Mechanicsburg, his daughters married, William Ayres,
Esq., Robert Allen Esq., of Phila., Hon. Joseph Lawrence of Washington
Co. PA and Robert Bryson Esq. of Harrisburg

Bucher, John Conrad, the son, the son of Jacob Bucher and Susannah
Horter, was born at Harrisburg, Dec 29, 1792. His grandfather was the
Rev. John Conrad Bucher, of Lebanon. Judge Bucher married l/17/1820,
Eleanor, d/o Jacob Isett of Harrisburg of Huntingdon Co. PA., He died
Oct. 26. 1851, age 59, she died at Harrisburgh on March 6, 1881 aged 83.
Children, John C., Susan married Alexander Ray of Washington Co.PA.,
Eleanar and Eliza who married Richard Hummel.
