Could any of the following descriptions of land be on Green Hill Road past
Weber Road near Niatic, Douglass Tp, PA

1. Land sold by Archibald McCall to George Michael Schweinhardt, weaver,
dated 30 November 1752, recorded 31 Mar 1753 and is located in Deed Book
H-4, pp. 78-80. This land is in the Douglass Manor that was sold by John
Penn to George McCall, father of Samuel, Archibald, Jasper and George (6560
acres (called McCall manor)- only a portion of this land was sold to G.M.
Schweinhardt for 229 lb, 12 shillings containing 102 acres and 10 perches
of land. The piece of land obtained by Schweinhardt was described as
follows: beginning at a post at the corner of Mathew Kily's land 160
perches to a post in John Reiffshnider's land north 50 degrees west 103
perches to a post at the corner of William Reiffshneider's land, north 41
degrees east 171 perches to a post at a corner of land of Adam
Wartman/Wertman/Wortman, South 50 degrees east 100.5 perches to the
beginning.

2. The second piece of land containing 99 acres was purchased for 223 lb,
16 shillings, 4 pence on 1 February 1759 from Samuel McCall, Jr. &
Archibald McCall. and is located in Deed Book H-9, pp. 433-435 Philadelphia
City Archives. G.M Schweinhardt's piece of land was described as beginning
at a post in a line of John Ringer's land, south 39 degrees west 153
perches to a post a corner of Conrad Specht's land, 50 degrees west 105
perches and 4/10 of a perch to a post a corner of the line of John Shmiths
land, the same to John Ringer, north 40 degrees, east 152 perches and 1/2
to a post on the McCall's other land, the same south 50 degrees east 103
perches to the beginning.
