Hi List - Would someone be able to tell me if a person died in Montgomery
County 1890 to 1900 where would the death be recorded? Were death records
during this period kept in Montgomery County or in the City of Philadelphia?
I just recently discovered the ggrandfather I am looking for may have died in
Montgomery County and not in the City of Philadelphia as I had thought. I
have searched Philly death records with no success during this period and
wonder if the record is in Montgomery County.
