Angela,
You may already know TOTH is a very common Hungarian name and there are many
in the Mon Valley area. When I first started researching my family surname
and with very little knowledge how to go about it....I wrote a form letter using
telephone book NET names/addresses in the areas I knew them to be in. Give as
much information in the letter as possible, first names, dates (even if
approximate) and include the European counties/cities, if you have this info.

for more tips.
It's a lot of work, but the satisfaction you get in return pays for itself.
