To get to the Pa. obituary postings, just go to:
Pa-Roots.com
When you get there, look at the top on the left hand side and just click on
Data Boards
This will take you to a big chart, and the first col. in that chart is the
counties of Pa. Just go to the one you want and scroll over to the obituaries.
There is one for Washington, there is also one for Greene Co. where I post
many of the Greene Co. obit's. We have over 6100 posted now.
When you post an obituary, always post the last name first. This makes it so
much easier to sind the sur name you are looking for. Also, that is what the
directions say to do. Enjoy the obituaries. If you have a family tree on
your computor, remember that would make a great Christmas Gift this year. You
can copy and paste the obituaries to your family tree under the more section
and it gives much more meaning to the tree.
Once you find the obituary page in the Data Board location you can save it
to your favorite sopt and go directly to it anytime you want to see it.
If you only get a few names and it says there are more posted then all you
do is go to Prefferences and put in 99 years and scroll dow and hit update.
They will all come up. Hopefully everyone will have posted them the right way
with the last name first. If you haven't posted it correctly then go back and
correct it. Thanks
